By accessing and using MockSphere ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
MockSphere is an educational platform that provides:
- AI/ML, Math, and coding problems and challenges
- Educational content and learning materials
- Certification programs and assessments
- Premium subscription services
- Community features and user-generated content
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Subscription Services and Payment
MockSphere offers various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. By subscribing to our services, you agree to:
4.3 Abuse Prevention Policy
To maintain system integrity and fair usage, the following restrictions apply to subscription management: Users must wait 24 hours between subscription changes (upgrades, downgrades, cancellations), with a maximum of 3 subscription changes per day allowed. Repeated abuse may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions. All subscription changes are logged and monitored for abuse patterns. These restrictions are in place to prevent system abuse and ensure fair access for all users.
4.1 Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
- Payment methods accepted include credit cards, PayPal, and other approved methods
4.2 Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions
- Access to premium features continues until the end of the billing period
5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Transmitting harmful, threatening, or offensive content
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Abusing subscription management features (see Abuse Prevention Policy above)
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Using automated tools to access the Service without permission
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MockSphere and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6.1 User-Generated Content
By submitting content to the Service, you grant MockSphere a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MOCKSPHERE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MOCKSPHERE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MockSphere and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees).
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
