Creators & Groups
What is a Creator on MockSphere?
Creators are educators and experts who publish problems for classrooms, teams, or the broader community. Creators can organize learners into groups (like classes, company teams, or recruitment cohorts) and assign problems directly to those groups.
How do I become a Creator?
Teachers (K‑12 or higher‑ed), interviewers/recruiters, or users with strong track records (e.g., 10,000+ points) can apply. We review each application to ensure quality and safety for learners.
How do Creator earnings work?
Creators earn based on Premium members' successful problem submissions. We convert engagement into points, apply a monthly per‑learner cap (10 points per learner per creator), and share a 30–50% revenue pool with creators. Pricing is platform‑controlled, so creators don't need to set prices per problem.
We keep the exact weights and exchange rates private while communicating the overall revenue‑share range for fairness and simplicity.
What are classes, teams, and groups?
Groups are private spaces you create for a classroom, company team, or recruitment cohort. Members join with an invite code. When you assign a problem to a group, it’s available to the members of that group. If you don’t assign a problem to any group, it’s available across the platform.
Do activities in my groups count toward my earnings?
Yes. When Premium members in your groups successfully solve your problems, those submissions count toward your monthly points and revenue share. We apply safeguards like per‑learner caps to keep things fair.
How do I invite members to a group?
Each group has a unique invite code. Share it with your learners or teammates so they can join. You can create as many groups as you need for classes, projects, or hiring cohorts.
